West Ryde Project

For this project, we supplied and installed aluminum doors, windows, and facade elements for two townhouses in West Ryde. Using the Alspec commercial system, we provided a high-quality glazing solution that met architectural energy efficiency requirements. The laminated glass used in this project ensured both durability and compliance with energy regulations.

Beyond doors and windows, we also supplied and installed custom aluminum window hoods. These were crafted from bent aluminum sheets, powder-coated for durability, and carefully installed in place.

One of the most intricate aspects of this project was the aluminum facade, which covered 150m². Our work included:

  • Horizontal aluminum cladding
  • Aluminum battens on the balconies
  • Aluminum cassette panels, which required precise measurements, bending, powder coating, installation, and sealing

The glazing scope covered approximately 200m², making this a large and detailed project. Our expertise in aluminum fabrication and installation ensured a flawless result, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the buildings.
